I'm currently head the CX/EX/UX service at a startup building something new. It's a little B2C, a little online storefronts, and a little bit of making the web more accessible to diverse users.
Previously, as a UX Consultant, I led the 0-1 growth strategy for 2 startups (>$7M raised) via collaborative research & design with cross-functional teams and founders.

I supported the project team with research (300+ research participant), observations, synthesis and analysis of qualitative data, development of service model, and final recommendations.
Successfully implemented a contextually adapted Group Antenatal Care (GANC) service for young first-time women.
- in 2023, as a Product Designer @Awesome Motive, Inc.
I Partnered with Product and Engineering teams at MonsterInsights, (3M+ business runs) for a comprehensive redesign of their onboarding and user flow to boost conversion rates.
This led to a significant 15% uplift in user retention.
